lostandalone22LJ has been going soooo slow for me today. Is anyone else having this issue?
Also, are comment notifications not going out or are my posts just not showing up?
Um, but I do have good news: I got my grades for this semester. I got two A's, a C (which I was expecting for those) and a D. Those are all good news, even the D. My French professor told me that I could get a D in the class if I got a 60% or higher on the Final. I know that I didn't get a 60%, so I was expecting an F. This is a pity F (as in, the teacher knew I was trying in his class and gave me a D for effort-- well, actually, probably A for effort, but a D instead of an F because of effort), but I will totally take a pity D because it means that I don't have to retake the class and can just take a Spanish class instead for one semester, which I wouldn't be able to do if I'd gotten the F.

Date: 2011-05-13 06:31 pm (UTC)That's very true, and I'm so happy he saw it that way. My therapist asked me if I was just going to give up (because I knew I was earning an F) and was shocked when I told him "I don't just 'give up'." I'm glad I didn't.
