The blond princess/queen that looks like Robin Tunney looked like she was being raped.

Then, they did the ultimate OMG NO!!! and killed Lady. That punk ass prince needs to be killed off, and I wish Ameeria would have really killed him instead of just chewing on part of his arm.

i am told that in the books, that scene wasn't quite so...err...misleading, i guess is the word? because in the books i guess he held her and would keep asking "no?" and she would tell him "no" as in "i'm not ready yet" and then in eventually once she was more "comfortable" she finally said "yes" which...would have been a lot better of them to do in the show, too.

i know....i was SO.MAD about the killing of Lady :( the princes' name is Jeoffrey and yes....he needs to die!!

who were your favorites? did you like Ayra and Jon?

Yeah, that sounds a lot better. It at least sounds consensual then.

You know how I am with animals. That made me so beyond angry. I was listening with my headphones on and as soon as I heard the yelp, I threw them. I can't deal with folks being mean to animals and that went a bit beyond. It wasn't Lady's fault and Ameeria was only protecting her owner.

I knew I was going to love Jon, and yes, I like Ayra. I was liking Bran until they made him sleep.

And, I thought Caitlyn was a big bitch. Jon didn't do anything to her. Actually, I think she needs an attitude change in regards to the wolves, too. She was bitching about their barking and then Bran's wolf came in and killed the bad guy so he could protect his child.

yeah it was a bit more consensual in the books, so i've been told. i actually think i'm going to start reading them over the summer. well maybe the first one, since they're doing 1 season/1 book i don't want to spoil myself.

i know...i was so upset. th entire time Adam kept going "it's just a tv show babe, it's ok. don't freak out! the dog is happy and alive in real life!"

i know little Bran was so cute, too. but it looks as tho he's woken up, so hopefully he'll be in the episodes aside from just sleeping lol. and i kind of like Robb, too....the oldest of the Starks.

i know i feel the same way. Jon didn't ask to be born, she really has no right to take it out on him. i mean....hello maybe be angry with your husband for cheating on you! not the kid tho!

altho i have to say, she was pretty BAMF when that guy came in to kill her son. she wasn't having ANY of it, and i kind of liked that she was ready to fight the guy.

the Direwolves are AWESOME!! i LOVE how protective they are of the children!!! i want one! lol

Lol, Christina was telling me the same thing during this episode of House where this paralyzed guy stopped in the middle of the road and his dog was attached to him. I don't even like hearing unhappy dogs, though.

Exactly! And especially if they raised him from birth, I would consider him as one of my kids. Yeah, his father fucked up, but he could hardly be blamed. Plus, he is her kids' brother.

Yeah, that was awesome. And then the wolf came in and stopped all of that... and then just laid on the bed like "Something happened?" and was allowed to stay.

Dogs in general are that protective of their children. My mom's boyfriend knew better than to beat us up when the dogs were around because they bit him once or twice. Faye would especially attack him if she even saw him near us.

That scene is better in the books, he is much more gentle with her and doesn't do anything until she's ready. It bugged me that they changed that.

And poor Lady, I was so pissed. But Sansa could have stopped it all if she'd just told the truth, instead of just focusing on wanting to marry Joffrey.
Nymeria was just trying to protect Arya and the butcher's boy. I'm glad she got away at least.

It does sound like it's better in the books. It bugged me a lot, because I had to remind myself that times have changed and it used to be normal for men to treat their wives like that.

Sansa pissed me off so much. And, she didn't have to suffer for it. Her poor puppy did. That just bugs me so much.

So am I. Nymeria didn't deserve to be punished for protecting her child.
